Return Policy

1. Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your clothing item, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging
  • With all original tags attached
  • Free of any stains, marks, or odors

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at https://www.facebook.com/bakedfootclothing to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Include your RMA number and a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase in the package.
  3. Ship your item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Final sale items
  • SALE CODE
  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
